By RSVP’ing to the event you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of WestWorld of Scottsdale its agents and representatives and Pup Festival LLC from any claim whatsoever for liability injury and loss or damage of any kind to any third party arising out of any activity that the undersigned may participate in or hold at WestWorld of Scottsdale or participate in that is in any way connected with this event. The undersigned also agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of WestWorld of Scottsdale and any special rules or provisions that may be required for this event.

The owner of WestWorld of Scottsdale its agents and representatives and Pup Festival LLC and its representatives are not responsible for any injury loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person or animal while participating in the Pup Festival dog event. In consideration of my participation in the Pup Festival LLC dog event, I acknowledge that I am aware of the possible risks dangers, and hazards associated with my participation in the Pup Festival LLC dog event (including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to myself my animal and/or others).

I acknowledge that I have read this agreement that I have executed this agreement voluntarily and that this agreement is to be binding upon myself my heirs executors administrators and representatives in the event of my death or incapacity.
