Join us at the Jefferson Street Inn in Wausau for an interactive, community matchmaking session!

Building partnerships across Wisconsin’s housing ecosystem is key to making housing happen. This matchmaking event will provide you with the opportunity to foster new connections among developers, municipal employees, tribal nations, and elected officials.

The event will highlight WHEDA’s housing resources, along with other innovative financing tools that can help move affordable housing development forward in Wisconsin communities. Each participating municipality and tribal nation will host a table to highlight priority development sites, local housing goals and available tools, giving developers an opportunity to learn directly from communities ready to move projects forward.

WHEDA is proud to partner with the League of Wisconsin Municipalities for this session, held in advance of the Urban Alliance meeting on March 26, 2026. While attendance at the Urban Alliance meeting is limited to members, all matchmaking event attendees are welcome to join an informal happy hour hosted by the League immediately following the WHEDA event.
