🧘‍♀️ Yin Yoga for Nourishment – A Free Community Offering

Come join me for a free community Yin Yoga class where we’ll slow down, soften, and allow ourselves to simply be. I’m a newly certified Yin Yoga instructor and would love to share the beauty of this practice with you as I continue to grow in my teaching journey. This will be a gentle, meditative class intended to nourish your body and spirit.

This is not your average "stretch class"—this is a space to pause, reflect, and meet yourself with compassion. Many people assume that because Yin is slow, it’s easy—but Yin invites you to go deeper, physically and emotionally. You may feel sensation, you may feel stillness, you may feel… yourself.

✨ This practice is about presence, not performance. Let go of needing to have a “great practice”—just come as you are, and notice what arises.

Frequently asked questions

Why Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga invites us to slow down, soften, and sit with ourselves. In a world that’s constantly asking us to do more, be more, & move faster, Yin offers a radical pause. It asks us to turn inward and listen—to sensations in the body, to the breath, and to what’s rising emotionally or energetically.

What Do l Need?

A quiet, comfortable space. A yoga mat or soft surface. Cushions, pillows, bolsters, or folded blankets for support. Cozy socks or layers.Optional: an eye mask, essential oils, or anything comforting.

Why is Yin Yoga Important?

Balances a fast-paced life. Improves joint health & flexibility. Nourishes the nervous system. Encourages emotional release. Builds inner awareness. Yin reminds us: You don’t have to “do” to be enough. You just have to be.

Good to Know?

This is a remote class hosted on Zoom. Remove distractions: silence your phone, set boundaries with your space, and give yourself the gift of presence. If you're pregnant, have had recent surgery, or manage serious health conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before practicing.
