Who is this designed for?

Everyone! PAC(K) Training is modifiable for anyone at any level. Let the instructor know if you want more or less intensity and the movements will be modified to challenge you at your level. We have total beginners, marathon runners, folks rehabbing injuries, professional athletes, & pregnant women.
