YouJean Chang

Comedy Evening is a free standup comedy show at Solas (232 East 9th St) in the East Village. Seating for the show starts at 7pm. The show will start at 7:30pm. Seating for the show is limited so it is recommended that you get there before the show starts. 
The show will feature a great lineup of comics who have appeared on TruTV, Comedy Central, the New York Comedy Festival and more! The show will take place on the 2nd floor lounge at Solas. Happy Hour specials ($4 beers and $5 margaritas) until 8pm. Solas does not serve food but you are welcomed to bring food from the outside. Please note that you must be 21+ to attend as the venue is a bar. While there is no cover or item minimum for the show, it is recommended that you get a drink (soda, beer, wine, etc.) to  support the bar and help keep the show free.
Solas is conveniently located near the 8th Street NYU stop for the RW train and by the Astor Place stop for the 6 train. NOTE: Due to repairs being done at Oppa, the next two shows (8/16 and 8/23) have been moved to Solas (232 E.9th St) in the East Village instead. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
