During our Abs Class, you’ll go through a series of focused, fast-paced core exercises designed to strengthen and tighten your midsection. The workout blends high-effort movements with short rest periods, making it very effective for burning calories, tightening your waistline, and improving core endurance. Whether you’re new to working out or already active, this class is built for all fitness levels. Our experienced and motivating instructors will lead you through a variety of ab-focused movements, including planks, crunch variations, leg raises, rotational exercises, and bodyweight core drills.
