Learners will gain an understanding of the purpose and role of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), learn of certain key findings from DOGE, and learn from such findings how they can best advise their employer, clients, and/or other interested parties to more effectively prevent and detect fraud, waste, inefficiency, and abuse.
About the Speaker
Kevin Rasmussen is a trusted business advisor, certified public accountant (CPA), and certified fraud examiner (CFE). He has over 18 years’ experience advising clients in complex matters involving technical accounting, financial reporting, and forensic and litigation consulting. Prior to founding Rasmussen Solutions in 2021, Mr. Rasmussen consulted with clients both large and small on a wide variety of matters, industries, and disciplines at a large, publicly traded consulting firm in its forensic and litigation consulting segment. Prior to this he was a financial statement auditor at a Big 4 accounting firm, where he planned, executed, and successfully completed many audits of both public and private entities. Mr. Rasmussen graduated from Brigham Young University.
