1. **First Course:** Gol Gappa Chaat paired with a Cap Classique Sparkling Rosé, setting the stage with its vibrant and refreshing effervescence.

2. **Second Course:** A family-style serving of Yoghurt and Chickpea Curry, Generations Old Vegetable Korma, and Basmati Rice, paired with a cool climate Sauvignon Blanc bursting with citrus aromas.

3. **Third Course:** Tandoori Prawn Bisque, complemented by a Chenin Blanc, rich in lively pear, pineapple, peach, nectarine, and litchi aromas.

4. **Fourth Course:** House-Made Paneer Tikka and Pickled Onion, matched with a Syrah noted for its deep garnet color and generous aromas of black cherries, clove, and raspberries.

5. **Fifth Course:** Signature Masala Lamb Chops and Coconut Curry, paired with a poised Cabernet Sauvignon, characterized by flavors of black currants and violets.


We will conclude the evening with a Chai Crèma and a surprise pairing that promises to delight and satisfy.
