Fowler in Motion

The Fowler Museum at UCLA explores global arts and cultures with an emphasis on Africa, Asia, the Pacific, and the Americas—past and present. The Fowler enhances understanding and appreciation of the diverse peoples, cultures, and religions of the world through dynamic exhibitions, publications, and public programs, informed by interdisciplinary approaches and the perspectives of the cultures represented. Also featured is the work of international contemporary artists presented within the complex frameworks of politics, culture and social action. The Fowler provides exciting, informative and thought-provoking exhibitions and events for the UCLA community and the people of greater Los Angeles and beyond.

The Fowler Museum has teamed up with trainer and founder of Inspired Method Fitness, Jared Rodriguez, for a series of workouts.

The Fowler has teamed up with trainer and founder of <a href="https://www.inspired-method.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Inspired Method Fitness</a>, Jared Rodriguez for a series of workouts designed to release tension and improve range of motion. Sessions will begin with a steady flow targeting the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs. Then, we’ll move into a full-body training session focusing on strength, core, and conditioning designed to work for all fitness levels. Each class will wrap up with soothing breath work and a deep stretch.Offering modified, standard, and bonus versions of each exercise, coach Jared is committed to helping build confidence through strength training and fun coach-led exercises. Participants will need a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, closed-toe shoes, and proper clothing that allows movement.Jared Rodriguez is a thought leader, athlete, holistic health/fitness creator, and community organizer. His company, Inspired Method Fitness, abides by a unique four-pillar training system that highlights mobility, strength, cardio, and lifestyle. With eighteen years in the fitness industry and a passion for humans and movement, Jared is committed to supporting and building community through group exercise. Open to all fitness levels!Parking available in UCLA Lot 4, 198 Westwood Plaza, directly off Sunset Blvd; $3/hr or max $15/day. Rideshare drop-off at 305 Royce Dr.
