Business owners and non-profit directors at all stages are invited to expand their networks by meeting other entrepreneurial members of their communities and the folks behind entrepreneur-support programs close to home! Founders Network events are intended to make space for local entrepreneurs and entrepreneur-minded individuals to meet, share, and cultivate ideas together.
Founders Network will welcome Amy Vernhagen and Emily Schmitzer from the Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) at our monthly meeting. WWBIC is a statewide economic development organization and community development financial institution that supports credit & financial wellness of small business owners through classes, trainings, lending, and coaching to small business owners around the state. Every business can benefit in some way from WWBIC's services!
This Founders Network session is tentatively scheduled at the CREATE Community Room at 1300 Maria Drive in Stevens Point on Wednesday, May 21st, from 8-9:30 a.m., and is open to folks from any nearby community, free of charge.
