<h2>Foundations Tantra Program 2025-26: <br><em><em>The Art of Sacred Intimacy</em></em><br>with Lindy James</h2><h2><br></h2><h3>Five Saturdays: Oct. 4, Nov. 1, Dec. 6, Jan 3, Feb 7—12:00-4:00 pm</h3><p><br></p><p><em><em>*Rapid testing required upon arrival at live sessions.</em></em></p><p><em><em>* Please read the prerequisite below before registering.</em></em></p><h3><br></h3><h3>♥️ What to Expect from the Course</h3><p><strong><strong>You will learn:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>The basics of Tantra and how to apply them to your life</li><li>How Tantra can enhance and reignite relationships &amp; your life force</li><li>How to create a safe &amp; sacred container for the deepest possible intimacy</li><li>How to open and feel your chakras &amp; open to your energy flow</li><li>To use your voice in support of your desires and boundaries</li></ul><p>This Foundations Tantra program is for those who are new to the path of Tantra and interested in exploring the basics.</p><p>You will meet like-minded students with the intention of supporting and growing with one another.</p><p>There is something so beautiful in the experience of being seen, and met exactly where you are.</p><h3><br></h3><h3>♥️ Introduction to the Tantric Path</h3><p>The Tantric path teaches practices to heal the blocks that hold us back from opening our heart and body. In Tantra, we learn how to “feel” and be guided by the body's wisdom.</p><p>Lindy will teach communication skills that invite closeness and connection and how being body centered in our listening can help you find your true voice. Each month will build on the previous month’s training. Your full participation is required.</p><p>Please check your calendar to verify how the program dates work for you. Attending every month with your group builds a sense of continuity and community for everyone.</p><p><br></p><h3>♥️ Schedule for Training Days:</h3><ul><li>Doors open at 11:30 pm</li><li>We begin at 12:00 pm *on time*</li><li>We complete at 4:00 pm</li></ul><p>* Please note, the location is not wheelchair accessible, as there is a hill to walk up and stairs required to enter the premises.</p><p><em><em>Overnight:</em></em></p><p>If you're traveling from far away, you can talk to me about overnight possibilities.</p><p><br></p><h3>♥️ Bonus!</h3><p><strong><strong>Morning Tantra Practice: </strong></strong>I am offering this to you for the duration of our training and highly recommend you participate. The morning practice is Mon-Fri from 8:00 - 8:30 am, PST. Recordings are available. We also request that folks refrain from large group gatherings the week prior to our event.</p><h3><br></h3><h3>♥️ Registration, Payment and Confirmation</h3><p>Space is limited; please pay in advance to save your spot.
