Foundations: Pitching Your Idea 

Enventure provides education and mentorship for life science innovators looking to gain more training and experience in the business of science. Since 2012, Enventure has been led by volunteers like you, putting on networking events, educational programming, hands-on workshops and experiential learning opportunities.

Before you ever sell to a single customer, you'll have to pitch your startup to investors, partners, and potential employees. Local CEO, Ben Hertzog, will discuss pitch strategy that helped him raise over $13M for Houston Heart Pump startup, Procyrion. The presentation will include how to tailor your talk to your audience and figuring out what your audience wants to know. We'll wrap up with a quick elevator pitch competition, where your team will have 90 seconds to deliver a pitch.
