Building Community: The Foundations of Community Association Management provides in-depth curriculum, examination and evaluation on topics like budgets, reserves, governance, legal issues, HR management, meetings, property maintenance, ethics, and much more.

In Module 2 you will learn:

  • Managers will obtain an understanding of the management and administration of operating rules and the rule-making procedures.
  • Managers will obtain an understanding of the scope of operating rules, including but not limited to, family day care facilities, energy conservation, Federal Communications Commission rules and regulations, and solar energy systems.
  • Managers will obtain an understanding of the management and administration of architectural standards and the architectural review procedures.
  • Managers will obtain an understanding of the preparation and implementation of enforcement procedures.
  • Managers will obtain an understanding of conflict avoidance and resolution mechanisms.
