Learn the WHAT, WHY and HOW of Anti-Racist Results-Based Accountability (AR-RBA) at our one-day foundational training. AR-RBA is an anti-racist framework using data to drive decision making. This framework is designed to identify root causes, develop responsive strategies, and use metrics of success that truly capture whether anyone is better off as the result of our efforts.

There is prework required for participation in this course that is assigned upon registration.
