Muddy Paws Rescue is teaming up with Canine Retreat by AKC to invite you to an exclusive information session that includes an introduction to our Foster Program and a short seminar that covers the most common training challenges when fostering a dog.The information session will kickoff at 7pm with the Muddy Paws Team introducing the Foster Program and what it means to be a foster parent, followed by a basic dog training 101 seminar with Canine Retreat by AKC.Let Canine Retreat provide you the tools that will give your new pup the best chance of success in his or her new forever home.Seminar Topics include:<ul><li>Fostering through the decompression and adjustment period</li><li>“Separation anxiety”— what it is and what it isn’t</li><li>Crate Training &amp; Proper Leash Walking</li><li>Proper dog-dog intros</li><li>Common dog body language/cues</li></ul>
