The FORWARD Summit is presented by the USC Marshall School of Business Black Graduate Business Leaders and Latino Management & Business Association in order to connect, inspire and elevate a new generation to chart paths and break barriers. Through various panels and chats, the Summit is highlighting Black and Latinx business leaders who are doing just that.

This year's event is virtual via Airmeet. Speakers include Ariel Williams of Goldman Sachs, Naledi Nyahuma Seck of Universal Music Group, Beatriz Acevdeo of Suma Wealth, leading DEI expert Dr. Shaun Harper of the USC Race and Equity Center, and Karim Webb of 4thMVMT.
