Don’t Drop the Shield—31 nights of focused prayer for spiritual maturity in the Body of Christ. Nightly 9PM ET (Zoom + YouTube @GTIEA1).

Good Tidings Interdenominational Evangelistic Association invites the Body of Christ to one of our most anticipated annual prayer movements — Forward March: 31 Days of Intention.

Every year as winter lingers, a heaviness can settle. It starts with a subtle, quiet dulling of our fire, focus, and forward movement in the spirit — until we are distracted or too tired to fight. Forward March was established to break through that heaviness and press the Body of Christ forward with purpose, passion, and holy intention.

This year, Forward March marches forward under the banner of our 2026 GTIEA theme — The Encounter: When Flesh Meets Glory — because the prayer room is precisely where our humanity yields to His presence, and the Body of Christ is transformed from the inside out.

This year's focus: Spiritual Maturity in the Body of Christ.

THE CLARION CALL

We are in a time of intense spiritual warfare — and God is sounding a clarion call to the Body of Christ. This is a clarion call, not a suggestion.

"After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb." — Revelation 7:9 (NIV)

Heaven is already settled — every nation, every tribe, every tongue united before the throne. But before we get to Heaven, we must learn to stand together here on Earth. That unity is forged in prayer. It is forged in the fire of spiritual warfare. It is forged now.

This is that moment. Forward March is that movement.

Spiritual maturity is not an accident. It is the result of intentional, consistent surrender to the transforming work of God. That is what these 31 nights are about.

WHAT TO EXPECT

From March 1 through March 31, every night at 9:00 PM Eastern, one volunteer servant will lead the Body of Christ in targeted, Spirit-led intercession. Each night has an assigned prayer focus already set on the calendar. Attendees will experience:

Nightly live prayer led by a volunteer servant leader in the Body of Christ
Focused intercession centered on spiritual maturity, repentance, renewal, holiness, unity, and transformation
Unity across the Body of Christ — believers from every background standing together in prayer
Live community on Zoom and YouTube, where the presence of God meets the people of God

This is not a passive event. This is corporate warfare. Every servant who shows up — whether leading or joining — adds to the spiritual covering over what God is doing through Forward March.

HOW TO VOLUNTEER AS A PRAYER LEADER

The prayer focus for each night is already assigned on the calendar. We are looking for servants of the Body of Christ who will volunteer to lead prayer on one night — or multiple nights. When your night arrives, you lead prayer for the focus assigned to your day, and you are free to follow the Holy Spirit wherever He leads.
