As holidays get closer, Sara has created this event in partnership w East Coast Social Group to fundraise for migrant families legal fees.

#ForUsByUs is Sara Mora's first event and the broader message is that we are not free until we are ALL free. As holidays approach, the goal is to fundraise and build community around the fact that 1.migration is a human right. 2. there is fundamentally no power like people power. All proceeds of tickets will go towards a donation to Otay Mesa Detention Resistance. Otay Mesa Detention Resistance is a non-institutional, non-partisan, autonomous committee comprised of and organizing with migrants and refugees. <a href="https://www.otaymesadetentionresistance.org/about" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">To read more on their mission click this sentence. </a>Join us as we come to the closing of this year to celebrate and uplift the lives of migrants everywhere. Dress code: business casual, dress to impress, cocktail attire.
