About this event

This year's Forma conference, "Way in the Wilderness," is on Zoom with gatherings around the country for those who wish to experience it in community. The Diocese of Olympia will be hosting a west coast gathering at beautiful St. Andrew's House and we hope you'll join us.

Ministry leaders who work in faith formation are invited. We'll balance our time viewing an amazing array of conference speakers and workshop sessions (12:30 - 3:30 p.m.) with time for thoughtful discussion off-line, as well as: sharing of best practices, strategic planning, and spiritual enrichment around the fireplace in the great lodge.

Optional hikes, arts & crafts, and music-making will round out our time together and, lucky you, St. Andrew's House is known for its outstanding, locally sourced food.

Check-in on Monday, January 22 at 11:00 a.m. Check-out is Wednesday, January 24 at 4:00 p.m.

Registration requires two steps:

1) Purchase your (discounted) $120 Forma ticket at this link which automatically applies the discount.

2 ) Click "get tickets" above and purchase a ticket for this gathering. $80 covers two nights' lodging, 7 meals, and all activities. Day-trippers are welcome to 2 meals per day in addition to Forma viewing and extra-curricular activities. $20/day.

For those intending to stay overnight, space is very limited.

Since this is a continuing education event, please contact your church about underwriting your participation. S cholarships and matching funds from the Diocese are readily available: write Valerie Reinke: vreinke@ecww.org
