Forklift Operator

This half-day workshop includes both classroom and hands on training focusing on how to operate forklifts safely.

This half day workshop includes both classroom and hands on training focusing on how to operate forklifts safely. The classroom portion will review the hazards involved with operating a forklift, as well as the safety checks required to ensure the forklift is operating properly. During the hands-on portion, participants will drive a forklift through a safety course to develop or enhance their skills in operating a forklift safely. Attendees who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Forklift Training wallet card.

Who Should Attend: Any employee who is required to operate a forklift, or any supervisor responsible for such employees.

Registration Information:

• Available to Members of The Trust's Property/Liability and/or Workers' Compensation Programs.
• Advance registration is required.
• Registration is limited to 2 employees per Member. If you have additional employees you would like added to our wait list, please let us know.
• Deadline for registration is Monday, Friday May 22, 2026.
• There is a $50 “NO SHOW” fee for anyone who registers but then fails to attend the training.
