I create events focused on the things I love and the things that come easily to me. If it flows easily for me, I know it will be easy and helpful to others. With my love for nature, I will be doing a lot of nature retreats that include my mindful drinking and journaling practices as well as healthy eating habits and outdoor exercise like hiking and swimming.

<h3>🌿 Forgiveness &amp; Surrender Seminar with Laurent</h3> Date: Saturday, November 2nd Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Social time to follow) Location: Private Residence (Charleston, SC)Join us for a heartfelt day of healing, reflection, and release. In this intimate seminar, facilitator Laurent will guide us through the sacred processes of forgiveness and surrender — exploring how letting go of old hurts opens the door to peace, compassion, and deeper connection.Through stories, quotes, group exercises, and mindful sharing, we’ll uncover what it means to forgive ourselves and others, and to surrender in healthy, empowering ways. Together, we’ll hold space for transformation within a safe, confidential, and inclusive circle.Please bring a dish to share for our potluck lunch (12–2 PM) and arrive with an open heart and mind. All faiths and backgrounds are welcome.
