Forgiveness is the act of pardoning an offense. Easier said than done, right? Many of us find it extremely difficult to forgive. I have found that forgiveness is a process and that some offenses are just easier to let go of than others. For those deeper wounds we may need to call upon the support of others.
Forgiveness reiki uses the power of energy healing to help unblocking energy blockages within the body and mind.
Some of these blockages look like stress, limiting beliefs, negative self talk, sadness and body tensions.
Reiki energy knows exactly where to go to give you relief.
Letting go of thoughts and emotions that no longer serve you can be a powerful beginning to living a peaceful life. Are you ready to let go?
The session takes place on my boat office located in the Redondo Beach. We will have an hour session together followed by a 30 min window of time to yourself with a cup of tea to relax and enjoy the ocean views. I encourage you to use the time to meditate or do some journal writing. The time and space is yours to relax.
