Want to learn how knives are forged?

Want to learn how knives are forged? This is an all day, 6 to 8-hour course depending on the attendee experience. In this class you will forge your own knife out of steel. You will learn key techniques of knife-making including spreading & shaping a blade, hardening & tempering, & grinding a cutting edge. You will also get to make and handle!   • Minimum age requirements: 18+
  • Cost includes all steel, fuel, and other supplies, time in the shop, and instruction
  • Must be covered from top to bottom (no open-toed shoes)
  • No synthetic clothing
  • Small-group instruction
