Shane Wallace is the founder & CEO of CultureSmith Inc., an innovative and disruptive Employee Engagement firm based in Calgary, Alberta.A 17 year veteran of the Professional Recruitment industry, Shane launched his first firm in 2005 after spending 6 years as a Director of a multi-national Fortune 100 Recruitment Firm.As the leader of a rapidly growing enterprise, tackling employee engagement was a daily challenge. In setting his mind to solving this issue for himself, Shane soon realized that he had created a highly impactful model that was delivering amazing results. After “lending” the methodology to a number of his key recruitment clients, the demand for this service built almost overnight and CultureSmith Inc. was born.Shane now spends his time tackling the engagement issue on behalf of others. Forge Forums are Peer Coaching and Leadership Development Groups engineered and curated by CultureSmith Inc. They are designed for leaders and entrepreneurs who are looking to get the most they possibly can out of their lives and businesses.
Set to formally launch in Fall of 2018, we will be hosting a series of Information Sessions to showcase the program and answer questions. As part of these sessions we will be running a Mock Forum so that interested parties can experience exactly what being part of Forge will be like. 
Below is a brief description of who should strongly consider attending these sessions, along with the inspiration behind the program itself.

Why We Developed Forge Forums:

Leaders of these firms experience stress and heartache like few others. 96% of all small businesses fail within their first 10 years with 30% of those failures are attributed to the lack of emotional support given to their founders.
Yet despite the overwhelming need we all have for small businesses and the overwhelming pressure their leaders are under, the existing Professional Peer Support organizations available keep the majority of founders away thanks to arbitrary minimum revenue requirements to gain membership and excessively high fees once accepted.
We are here to change all that.
How It Works:
Like other Professional Peer Support offerings Forge members will join a group of like-minded business leaders with the desire to learn from and support one another. That however is where the similarities end.
Forge are the only Forum Groups constructed based on the unique Values-Based, Behavioural and Emotional characteristics of it’s members, the only one that provides professional instruction from a designed curriculum each session, and the only one that offers professional Executive Coaching on-demand between sessions to all it’s members.
