Her career spans application development, information technology auditing, cloud integration, Agile delivery, and full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) execution. Michelle has successfully led complex cybersecurity compliance and privacy programs, overseeing risk management initiatives, regulatory implementation, and control frameworks aligned to industry and government standards. She is widely recognized for translating regulatory mandates into practical, scalable solutions that strengthen security posture while improving operational efficiency.

As a change management Subject Matter Expert (SME), Michelle specializes in driving organizational transformation through best-practice process optimization, technical communications, and workforce enablement. Her expertise includes leading IT upskilling and reskilling initiatives, integrating emerging technologies such as AI into business and security operations, and designing talent development pathways that align people, process, and technology.
