Forest Meditation Walk
Come join us for a rejuvenating Forest Meditation Walk at the beautiful Conejo Valley Botanic Garden. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Take some time to unwind among the trees as you connect with the natural world around you.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), this practice offers benefits for body, mind, and spirit. In Forest meditation walks, you'll be guided through gentle invitations to slow down, open the senses, cultivate awareness, and experience the environment designed to recharge your mind, body, and soul.
This practice is slow-paced. This is not a hike and is not a plant identification event.
Please check the forecast and dress for the weather.
