<h2>Discover the Magic of Forest Bathing</h2>Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) was first termed in Japan in 1982 as part of a national public health initiative.Experiencing the forest with all our senses has been scientifically proven to<ul><li>Boost our immune system</li><li>Reduce our heart rate and blood pressure</li><li>Enhance the function of our lungs</li><li>Reduce stress</li><li>Improve our mood and emotional wellbeing</li><li>Enhance our cognitive function and creativity</li></ul>Each session is different due to the changes of nature herself, the group dynamic and the focus. I invite you to experience the forest with all your senses, offering gentle guidance and moments of silence, connection and reflection.We will do some invitations as a group and I’ll send you off on your own or in pairs as well.Themes can be seasonal, elemental, grounding or based on particular senses. Information on this will be shared in the event description.A session lasts approximately 2 hours and will go ahead in any weather except severe conditions that pose a risk to everyone’s health and safety.We won’t go too far or fast, so you don’t need to be super fit. You shoule be sure footed and prepared to go off the beaten track.During each session we respect the environment we’re in and leave no trace.Phones should be left at home/in vehicles or put on airplane mode to allow you to embrace the experience without distractions.
