Forest Bathing Forest and Nature Therapy Walks Our time together on a guided Forest and Nature Therapy walk is not a hike or naturalist adventure,but an opportunity to slow down and allow our bodies to engage all of our senses. This is not “therapy”as commonly denoted in our culture, but an offering of a therapeutic way to be in nature. Forest and Nature Therapy offers us the opportunity to slow down. It re-aligns our rhythms with the land-scape, allowing our senses a respite from everyday demands and uncertainties. It’s a chance to remember ourselves and the joyful relationships that await us outside. You can expect a leisurely walk of about a mile with stops along the way where we will gather and sit. This is a very relaxed, slow,and mindful way of walking. The walk should last about 1.5 hours and we will finish with a Shinrin Yoku tea. Space is limited and registration is required, Sliding scale $25, $30, $35 per class. Saturday, October 30, 2:00-4:00pmNovember 13, 2:00-4:00pm
