About this event

We will meet at the Trailhead parking lot for Long Meadow Lake.

Join us for a mindful forest immersion, where we'll guide you through a series of practices to help you forge a personal connection with nature, with the ultimate goal of improving your health and well-being.

Some of the key benefits of this are:

You will be walking or standing for most of this event so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes , dressing in layers and bringing a bottle of water.

This process will be led by Anne-Therese (A-T) Holistic Energy Practitioner, Nature Healing Facilitator and Tai Chi Instructor. She creates a safe, accepting & powerful space for self-transformation, healing and expanded awareness.

Where will we meet?

At the trailhead parking lot for the Long Meadow Lake unit, Bass Ponds portion of the MN wildlife refuge located at 2400 East 86th Street, Bloomington, Minnesota 55425.

What if there is a storm or severe weather during the scheduled timeframe?

If there are storms or severe weather we will either offer an additional date and allow you to transfer your ticket to a future event of equal or lessor value.
