What do I bring to a Forest Bathing Immersion?

Accepted Answer

Simply bring yourself! We’ll be gathering in the shade, but a hat may help you stay comfortable under the open sky.

Will the Forest Bathing Immersion involve a lot of walking?

Accepted Answer

As we slowly explore the peaceful paths of Mounts Botanical Garden, walking will be minimal. Just short, easy strolls of less than five minutes.

Question 3

Will we be sitting on the ground for the Forest Bathing Immersion?

Accepted Answer

Forest Bathing is best experienced sitting on the earth so bring a  towel, yoga mat, or something to sit on the ground.  However, if you prefer, it is OK to bring an easy-to-carry chair.  I can provide a mat or chair if needed.

Question 4

What is the age of the participants?

Accepted Answer

Although all ages enjoy nature, we ask that participants be over the age of 16.

Question 5

How long does a Forest Bathing Immersion last?

Accepted Answer

It will last for 2 hours, but you will wish it would have lasted longer!

Question 6

If it rains, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Although it's a whole different experience being outside in nature in the rain, I  will happily refund your entry fee.  In fact, if you are unable to make the Immersion for any reason, a refund will be given.
