FOREST BATHING IMMERSION

FOREST BATHING IMMERSION

Mounts Botanical GardensWest Palm Beach, FL
Sunday, Mar 15 from 1 pm to 3 pm
Overview

Forest Bathing is a gentle, guided immersion in nature that helps you slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with the present moment.

If life has been feeling overwhelmed or stressed, doing a Forest Bathing Immersion is a wonderful antidote. Imagine stepping into the beautiful Mounts Botanical Gardens, breathing deeply, and letting the sounds, scents, and beauty of nature melt away your stress. Past participants tell me they feel calmer, clearer, and surprisingly refreshed after being in nature!

I will be offering the following Immersions in March at the Mounts Botanical Gardens:

Sunday, March 15 from 1-3:00pm

Saturday, March 21 from 1-3:00pm

Sunday, March 22 from 1-3:00pm

No special skills are required, just come as you are and allow nature to do the rest!

Here's what you can expect on a Forest Bathing/Nature Therapy Immersion:

~ A guided sensory visualization

~ A series of invitations that will help you connect with nature in a way that you have never done before

~ A tea Ceremony with tea made slash pine tree needles

~ An opportunity to connect with other like-minded nature lovers

Forest Bathing has been scientifically proven to boost immune strength, lift depression, reduce stress, and improve sleep. But beyond these physiological changes, this contemplative experience will show you how important it is for your well-being to take time in nature on a daily basis!

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time. There will be an opportunity to sit during the time we will be together so bring a yoga mat or a chair to make yourself comfortable. Personally, I prefer a yoga mat as I feel more connected to the Earth!

Mounts Botanical Garden is located at 531 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach between Belvedere Rd and Southern Blvd across from the airport.
