Cat Pantaleo, M.A., is a Certified Clinical Herbalist, Nutritionist and Forest Therapy Guide.Through her 23 years as a Holistic Practitioner, Educator, and Naturalist in the Boulder/Denver area, Cat has assisted people to navigate life with grace, beauty and fortitude.  She has learned in her personal work and work with others that true health and vitality are possible with a combination of practices: compassionate connection, mindfulness, optimal nutrition, community, plant medicine and deep nature connection.  Cat skillfully weaves these aspects into her practice and teaching with the intention to facilitate awakening the life force within, becoming who we truly are and fully embracing the human experience. Cat's most recent achievement was receiving a Master's degree in Ecopsychology from Naropa University, deepening her knowledge and skill at bridging the perceived gap between humans and the natural world for the benefit of both.

Celebrate the turning of the wheel and return of the light on the longest night of the year. It is a time to slow down, go inward and connect with our visions for the new year. An immersive, sensorial nature connection experience with facilitated opportunities to attune to the quiet voices of the land and the wisdom in our hearts. The walk will end with a sharing of delicious pine needle tea and snack
