Cat Pantaleo, M.A., is a Certified Clinical Herbalist, Nutritionist and Forest Therapy Guide.Through her 23 years as a Holistic Practitioner, Educator, and Naturalist in the Boulder/Denver area, Cat has assisted people to navigate life with grace, beauty and fortitude.  She has learned in her personal work and work with others that true health and vitality are possible with a combination of practices: compassionate connection, mindfulness, optimal nutrition, community, plant medicine and deep nature connection.  Cat skillfully weaves these aspects into her practice and teaching with the intention to facilitate awakening the life force within, becoming who we truly are and fully embracing the human experience. Cat's most recent achievement was receiving a Master's degree in Ecopsychology from Naropa University, deepening her knowledge and skill at bridging the perceived gap between humans and the natural world for the benefit of both.

Through the practice of gratitude, we connect with the miraculous world in which we are embedded, remember the sacredness of life, build resilience, and open the door for joy to manifest.Please join me for an immersive, sensorial and contemplative nature connection experience of facilitated invitations that will create opportunities for slowing to the pace of the natural world so that we can attune to the quiet voices of the land and the gratitude in our hearts.The walk will end with a sharing of delicious pine needle tea and snack.
