Forest Bathing at Penn Forest Natural Burial Park

Join us to experience a slow and gentle Forest Bathing walk in Penn Forest Burial Park with certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide Jenifer Rune. Inspired by Japanese Shinrin-Yoku, the practice of Forest Bathing involves consciously taking in the atmosphere of the forest through the senses. Your guide will offer invitations to deepen your connection to the living world of Penn Forest, promoting relaxation and a greater sense of presence. There will be opportunities to share experiences and a wildcrafted tea to close.

Come as you are, dressing appropriately for the weather. This walk will be slow and take place on our hiking trail which is about 2/3 of a mile long with a couple of steep hills. Suggested donation of 5 to 10 dollars, or what you can.
