Join us for sensory walks rooted in the practice of Shinrin-yoku (“Forest Bathing”). These special forest bathing experiences will be nourishing to the soul, offering a safe space to wander, reflect, and restore. Begin with a guided mindfulness meditation, then experience the Jenkins woodlands through a series of exploratory invitations that encourage grounding and playfulness with nature. Walks will conclude with herbal tea and shared reflections.
Program will be held outdoors with indoor or covered options available for inclement weather. Please dress appropriately with sturdy footwear.
Members: $35/walk | Non-Members: $40/walk
