Forest and Frequency

O'Neill Regional ParkTrabuco Canyon, CA
Overview

Walk in nature. Feel the sound. A guided forest bathing walk and sound bath meditation - no experience needed.

Some mornings are meant to be spent differently.

For this summer solstice, we're heading into the trees.

Forest bathing isn't a hike. It isn't just a walk. It's the gentle, unhurried practice of being in nature, guided by simple invitations to slow down, notice what's around you, and let your body remember what quiet feels like.

Rooted in the Japanese tradition of shinrin-yoku, it's been shown to lower stress, ease the nervous system, and reconnect you to something easy to forget in daily life.

A sound bath will continue the vibes. You'll sit or lie down to continue with the relaxation, and let live sound from crystal singing bowls move through you. There's nothing to do but receive it.

A tea ceremony will close the morning. We'll bring tea and light snacks to share and connect with your fellow bathers before closing out the morning.

What to expect: A slow walk led by a certified Nature and Forest therapy guide through the forest followed by a sound bath meditation in the open air. No experience necessary. Just come as you are.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes and walking shoes
  • Yoga mat or blanket to lie on
  • Water bottle
  • Sunscreen
  • Bugspray
  • optional pillow or eye mask for the sound bath portion.
  • No yoga mat? No problem, we have plenty to share.

This event is free and open to all. Pre-registration is required - space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.

Exact location with free parking will be shared after registration.
