During this forest adventure, I will guide you through sustainable foraging practices, identifying wild edibles and medicinal plants in the forests of Strausberg (Brandenburg).
Following this first part of our session, I will lead a workshop on preparing a personalised herbal tonic.
We will end the workshop by enjoying the local lake and sharing an afternoon picnic with foraged-flavoured Avant Garden snacks.
All materials for the herbal tonic making and foraged snacks are included!
Getting there: catch the S5 (Strausberg Nord) direction. Get off at Strausberg Nord (the last station) there is also a station called Strausberg and Strausberg Stadt DO NOT get off at these, wait until the very last station. We will meet at the station, please come on time as the train only comes every 20 mins, otherwise, everyone else is waiting.
Bring water and good walking shoes. I suggest long clothes due to ticks. I will make a few foraged foods for the picnic but please bring something to add so we can have a lovely fest together!
