Foraging Fun

From wild violets flowers, spicebush leaves, pawpaw fruit and wild nuts, foraging offers many delights. Spend an afternoon on a crash course, led by Brad Kortte, learning over 50 types of wild mushrooms and other edible wild foods found throughout the seasons of the Piedmont.
