Shawn is a problem solver, a facilitator, a vision-maker, an adviser, and a whole bunch of other things. He has been helping companies use their data to solve problems for more than 25 years. Over that time he has learned and tested numerous techniques, and developed a series of tools that ultimately came together to become Analytics TO WIN®. His mission: To help clients manage and analyze data to gain actionable insight. He helps clients achieve this mission by serving as an interim BI/Data Management/Analytics Director, by structuring and leading BI/Analytics projects, by improving user adoption, helping with data governance strategies, helping select technology solutions, and advising on data visualization best practices.

Kanon is an accomplished executive leader and strategic thinker with more than 30 years of diverse technology experience. In addition to his role at Pomerol, Kanon is also the Managing Principal of Pianosa Technology Partners, a technology management consultancy focused on offering virtual-CIO and Business Intelligence &amp; Analytics services to business around the globe. Prior to starting Pianosa, Kanon spent several decades in various technical and senior management roles in a number of industries and locations. Previous roles include serving as Chief Information Officer for TranSystems Corporation and SVP of Technology Architecture for UMB Financial Corporation, and Director of Data Warehousing &amp; Information Architecture for Applebee’s International. Kanon has extensive experience in large-scale data management, software development, business intelligence, project management, information and enterprise architecture, and organizational change management. He has worked in industries as diverse as healthcare, hospitality, financial services, AEC (Architecture, Engineering &amp; Construction), and general consulting. Kanon is a regular speaker at conferences on various industry and technology topics. He is also active in numerous civic organizations focused primarily on the arts community, and serves on multiple non-profit boards; additionally, he’s a partner in several arts-related businesses. Kanon holds BA degrees in English Literature and Philosophy from William Jewell College and studied Philosophy at the graduate level at The University of Kansas. He has also completed post-graduate education at both the Harvard School of Business and MIT. He lives in Kansas City, Missouri.

Terry is a successful IT executive who currently serves as Vice President of Information Technology at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT). Before joining IFT he served as Vice President of Information Technology at the American Association of Diabetes Educators, where he led the implementation of a suite of new enterprise software systems, and as Vice President of Information Technology at TCS Education System, where he established shared technology infrastructure and enterprise applications for its flagship psychology school and three affiliated professional graduate schools. Prior to this, he led the IT department for fifteen years at Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society, the market-leading provider of lawyers’ professional liability insurance. He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and a BA from Indiana University.Specialties: - IT and business strategy alignment - Enterprise software delivery- Information security- IT operations and administration- Technology integration of acquisitions- Budgeting and expenditure tracking- Business continuity planning- Staff leadership and retention

For over 20 years Ginette Argudin has been acknowledged as someone with capacity to analyze and verify complex information, uncover issues, and expedite innovative solutions. It is a role she takes on passionately. With experiences spanning from corporate organizations such as Verizon to working with associations such as the Institute of Food Technologists where she currently is the Personify System and Data Manager, Ginette has continuously applied her wealth of experience to contribute to a stable infrastructure. Ginette’s professional mission is to dive deeply into data and provide insightful, relevant data that assists her colleagues in accomplishing their goals. Ginette’s life mission is to be of service to others and to make a positive impact in their lives.

In her current role as EVP/Managing Director of CPG at Ketchum, Abby Lovett constantly puts her decades-long integrated marketing experience to the test as she sets the vision, delivers and manages millions of dollars in revenue for the agency and develops top talent.Her brand experience is a who’s-who list of the most impressive brands on the planet, including Wendy’s, Hallmark, Kimberly-Clark, Procter &amp; Gamble, Starbucks, Core Power Yoga, Orange Theory Fitness, Shark Ninja, Fjällräven, and more.Her work is conducted through a lens of equity and inclusion and commitment to the industry. Throughout her tenure at the firm, she has helped to lead the agency’s efforts around Diversity &amp; Inclusion, serving as a “Mind Your Bias” ambassador and as the Ketchum ambassador to local SheQuality leadership. She has served on several boards, including: the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago Ambassadors Council, DePauw University Advisory Board and as PRSA Chicago President. (Since she can’t help herself, she also led communications for a local park revitalization project and her son’s first grade class.) After publishing several thought leadership pieces, Abby has decided to try her hand at writing a book. The as-yet untitled book is due for publication in 2024 and will be accompanied by a podcast, library of tools and weekly newsletter. She has amassed a variety of accolades and awards throughout her career, including Cannes Lions, Emmys and she’s one of the distinguished few to receive the David Drobis Award for client service excellence at Ketchum. However, none of them compare to the daily badge she wears with the most pride: mom.When she’s not at work, you can find her in a National Park (as she aims to visit all of them as soon as possible), curled up with a book, trying a new recipe or meditating.
