About this event

  • 1 hour

In this talk, CEO and Career Coach Rachel Serwetz will guide you through an interactive, hands-on reflection exercise to holistically take stock of where you are at as a leader, where your business stands, and pinpoint what areas need improvement for you to progress to the next level of success.

For any founder, its important to be self aware about how you're doing as a leader and how your company is faring -- the two are interlinked. In this talk, we'll review the "CEO checklist" so you can take stock on how you are doing in a variety of key areas, enabling you to identify areas for improvement. The workshop will have a few formats:

  • a hands on reflection exercise with guided prompts to review all key areas for a CEO to consider and measure (for you as a leader, and for your business)
  • interactive moments to share your takeaways with the group (both in the chat, and as a live group discussion)
  • breakouts for peer-peer coaching in small groups to instill your learnings and next steps
