Given that we accelerate early-stage food companies, we figured what better way to give you a chance to see what the eight great companies we've been working with have accomplished than by breaking bread, or in this case a few eggs.

• VISR - ViSR’s machine vision products use deep-learning technology to provide businesses with the easiest way to automate visual tasks.

• Vitox Drinking Vinegar - A shelf stable blend of raw cold pressed juice and apple cider vinegar which has been fermented like kombucha through a proprietary process, combining the health benefits of apple cider vinegar and kombucha with the great taste of cold pressed juice.
