Welcome to Emotional Fitness Studio: Monthly wellness workshops to learn, refuel, recalibrate, renourish, and conduct maintenance to our emotional well-being. Each session for only $10 per person.

Come learn the science behind the mind-body connection and how the foods we eat impact our mood, stress levels, and overall physical and emotional health. You'll learn practical nutrition and self-care strategies to support your gut and overall health needs, while also diving into how to cultivate a positive relationship with food that promotes your whole — physical, mental, and emotional — health and wellbeing!


About the presenter:

Elizabeth is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counselor with a master’s degree in nutrition, healthspan, and longevity. She loves helping her clients transform their relationship with food, experience body image healing, and focus on prioritizing their whole health with flexible, enjoyable nutrition and self-care strategies they not only can but want to stick with.
