Join us for an open discussion on nutrition with Coach Megan at our first-ever "Food For Thought" event. This event will take place in a casual, Q&A format, with Coach Megan ready to answer any and all nutrition questions you may have. Bring your questions, and come ready to learn!
We will be holding two different sessions - come to one or both!
May 6th from 10-11AM and May 8th from 6:30-7:15PM, located at Rise.
Light refreshments will be served. (The morning session on May 6th will include coffee and light breakfast, and the evening session on May 8th will include a variety of beverages and snacks).
