Each semester the UConn Department of Dramatic Arts sponsors D-Series productions, allowing students to foster theatrical works of their design. Originally written for actors and actors in mask, this premiere iteration of Folly, Adieu benefits from the building and performance skills of most members of UConn&#x27;s Puppetry Arts Program. Folly, Adieu is not without teen angst--some of it coming from a character best considered a boomer! It is not without affection or poetry. It is not without humour. It is not without a moderately crazed author ... meh, what better kind? It is not without a brilliant director always &quot;octopusing&quot; in their mind. It is not without black light puppetry. All guests are invited to book tickets for free. We only ask that, if possible, you bring an item/s of non-perishable food to be delivered to the Willimantic Soup Kitchen following our final performance.
