Curious about the Crescent Startup Community District?
Come tour Flywheel's newest location in Greenville, SC while it's under construction. With a grand opening date planned in July 2024, we are now hosting hardhat tours on the fourth Wednesday of each month to allow the community and future Flywheel members to check out Crescent One, the first phase of the development.
Meet the founding partners of Flywheel and Olivia Evans, the Greenville Community Manager. We will provide beverages, hard hats, and snacks. Be sure to wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. You can drop in any time between 3:00-5:00 for a tour but please register.

The Crescent Startup Community district is being developed by Poinsett Development Partners. Crescent One, the first phase of the development, is an adaptive reuse project of the historic Pepsi Cola Bottling plant on Poinsett Highway.
