Your nervous system is designed to move from your stress response to your relaxation response seamlessly throughout the day but modern life can keep us too long in our stress response that creates a negative impact on our health. High blood pressure, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes, poor digestion and anxiety can be effects of poorly managed stress.It’s vital we create opportunities to quiet the stress in the body and promote rest and relaxation. That’s why we are partnering with Float Spa to bring a unique experience for turning down the stress dial in your life.Michelle will lead a 45 minute Restorative practice, before or after you Float for half an hour! Not so sure about Floating yet? No problem! Join us for Yoga and get a chance to see what this floating thing is all about before you try it next time!
