You are not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone. This weekly support group uses flowers as a metaphor for emotional growth, healing, and self-compassion. Each week, we’ll focus on a different flower and the emotional themes it represents (like resilience, rest, or renewal), using it as a starting point for group discussion, reflection, and gentle activities. We meet weekly on Wednesdays at 12pm or 2pm. <h3>🌸 What to Expect</h3><ul><li>Weekly themes inspired by flowers &amp; nature</li><li>Supportive group conversations around emotions</li><li>Gentle tools for emotional regulation &amp; self-care</li><li>A soft, welcoming, non-judgmental space</li></ul><h3>🌱 Who Should Join</h3>Anyone experiencing:<ul><li>Depression</li><li>Emotional heaviness</li><li>Burnout or numbness</li><li>A desire for quiet support and emotional connection</li></ul>This group is for those who need a soft place to land—whether you're actively struggling or simply seeking space to breathe, share, and grow. You don’t need to “be okay” to show up.<h3>👥 Age Groups &amp; Times</h3>Sessions are held weekly with different times for various age groups:<ul><li>Teens (13–17)</li><li>Young Adults (18–25)</li><li>Adults (26–50)</li><li>Older Adults (50+)</li></ul>(Exact times and group matches will be confirmed after registration.)<h3>💰 Payment Options</h3><ul><li>Drop-in: $15 per session (you can come in up to a week before to pay in person)</li><li>Accepted: Insurance</li></ul>If you would like to pay in person or have any questions call (661)374-4921 or email jasmen@rhematherapyinc.com
