1. Ticket Policy:

Tickets for the floral design class are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other services.

2. Attendance Requirement:

Each attendee must have a valid ticket to participate in the class. It is not permissible to bring additional guests who have not registered for the event. Only individuals with confirmed reservations will be allowed entry to the workshop.

3. Parking

Parking is available in front of our store, conveniently located at Saigon Eat and behind the yellow arch. Attendees are responsible for finding and covering the cost of their own parking.

4. Allergies:

CYMOW Flowers takes precautions to provide a safe environment; however, we are not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur due to exposure to pollens, milk tea, or food provided during the event. Attendees with known allergies are advised to take necessary precautions.

5. Missed Event Policy

In the event that an attendee is unable to participate in the class, they may choose to forfeit their ticket or transfer it to another class within a two-month period. Tickets cannot be transferred to another individual. It is the responsibility of the attendee to notify CYMOW Flowers.

The floral design class is an in-studio workshop held at our store location, situated at 6757 Wilson Blvd. Store 1&2, Falls Church, VA 22044. Please note that this is not a virtual workshop, and recordings of the class will not be available for later viewing.

7. Arrival Time

Doors to the workshop studio will open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the class. Attendees are kindly requested to arrive no earlier than this time to allow for the preparation of the studio and the check-in process.

8. Guest Accommodation

Due to space constraints, additional guests who have not purchased tickets are unable to be accommodated in the workshop studio. Furthermore, children are not permitted to attend the floral design class.

9. Duration of Workshop:

The workshop is designed to last for approximately two hours, allowing ample time for instruction, hands-on activities, and interaction with fellow attendees. To ensure the smooth transition to subsequent activities, attendees are requested to depart promptly at the conclusion of the class.

10. Photography:

A professional photographer will be present at the event to capture moments of creativity and achievement. By participating in the class, attendees consent to the use of their images for marketing purposes by CYMOW Flowers. However, if an attendee prefers not to be photographed, please let us know.
