This “Flow“bility session is a unique blend of yoga, pilates and animal flow movements. It’s going to bring a beautiful balance to the body combining mobility, stabiility, strength, deep stretching and the zen of breath. 30 mins of movement for the flow session which will have you getting your sweat on by the end, followed by 30 min of breathwork and finishing with an optional ice bath.Bring - Yoga mat, comfy clothing for breathwork, swimwear and a towel and something to cover the eyes.Location - Wallaroo Holiday Park on the grass over looking the oceanIce bath is optional and will be after the flow class and breath session so please allow extra time for the ice bathing session
