Welcome to Flow with Britt! Join us at Neutral Moon Studio on February 19th at 7:00 PM for a rejuvenating flow yoga session led by Britt. Join us for a Black Power Vinyasa Flow, a grounding practice honoring the strength, resilience, and wisdom of those who came before us. Through breath and intentional movement, we root into our bodies as living vessels of ancestral legacy, remembrance, and liberation. This dynamic yet grounding class blends intentional movement with conscious breathwork, guiding you through creative flows that build strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.My teaching style centers the mind–body–soul connection, reminding you that yoga is not just a workout — it’s a practice of self-awareness, self-trust, and self-discovery. Comfortable clothing</li><li>Bring water and Towels</li><li>You are welcome to bring your own mat or any props for comfort (Mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are also available to use for free)</li><li>Please make sure to silence devices before class to maintain a soft, peaceful atmosphere.</li><li>Your best self! This is a free community yoga class offered with love and intention. While there is no cost to attend, donations are greatly appreciated and help support the space, materials, and future community classes. Give what you can, come as you are, and thank you for helping us keep these offerings accessible to all. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨</li><li>Cash app - $flowwithbritt </li></ul>Parking: Once you have turned onto Mangum Street, turn right down the first available gravel driveway and then our parking lot will be on your left directly behind the tall brick building with the loading ramp facing a peach dumpster. Park along the black iron fence. The lot is set up as one-way (sometimes you can't see the one-way sign). If the lot is full, there is street parking available.Primary Door Access: The front door faces Mangum Street (passed it on the way in) and has a callbox to the right of it. If you are not standing on a city sidewalk looking at a callbox when you get to the door, you are not at the front door.1. Find "Neutral Moon Studio" in the callbox directory and dial it to be let inside.2. Listen for the bell chime and then open the front door.3. Walk up the stairs directly in front of you to the 3rd floor/Suite 300 (or take the elevator available on the 2nd floor)Plan to arrive about 10 Minutes EarlyWhether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, you’ll leave feeling empowered, centered, and reconnected to yourself.Come as you are.
